Video Editor (Remote) Coldbru Digital compensation: Pay Per Project Or Hourly employment type: job title: Video Editor We're looking for a video editor / creative content creator to edit & produce video, gif, and static ads for Tiktok, IG & FB ads using raw video assets mixed with creative use of stock footage and off-the-shelf effects. This is an amazing opportunity to work with the next-gen DTC growth team for 20-30 hours per week on a long-term basis. - What You'll Do: Design FB/IG/TikTok creative following brand guidelines (videos and images), and also other performance marketing assets in a dynamic and data-driven environment Think out of the box and create awe-inspiring designs and videos that convert Come up with ideas for new creative based on assets available and marketing goals. - Who you are: You have 1-4 years in motion graphics, video editing, or similar. Preferably working in the startup or marketing space, with experience working with either marketing or product teams. Your portfolio is strong and demonstrates a breadth of outstanding video or photo work across marketing campaigns, email, and social. You also have visual design skills, an understanding of layout, hierarchy, and typography. Finally, your Adobe AE, Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator skills are unrivaled, and so is your knowledge of Figma. As a Motion Graphics Designer you are not just a mouse-pilot who strictly follows the brief supplied by the team, but you also proactively propose changes, cuts, and adjustments to the pieces to make them better. You are also very flexible with the revisions and changes done on the pieces you create, as the creative team will constantly make adjustments or require you to produce iterations of the ads to run iterative performance tests.
