JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Draft various IT documentation including user guides, technical design guides, knowledge base articles, and FAQs.
Manage content and membership of Confluence sites while ensuring documentation clarity for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Collaborate with development, QA, and technical support teams to produce instructional materials, technical manuals, and product documentation.
Conduct interviews with SMEs to collect information, prepare written text, and coordinate layout/material organization.
Support business analysis efforts in establishing reporting strategies, metadata strategies, governance reporting, and standards/guidelines development.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of experience in technical writing and business analysis.
Strong technical background in both software and hardware products.
Strong experience in technical writing, particularly for AWS services and data analytics platforms.
Proficient in managing content on Confluence.
Excellent writing, editing, organizational, and project management skills.
