Job Summary
The job of Office/School Clerk is done for the purpose(s) of providing general clerical support to assigned area; communicating general information to staff and the public; processing information in compliance with financial, legal and administrative requirements; and assisting other office personnel.
Requirements / Qualifications
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
Job related experience is desired. One year of experience in clerical work; 24 semester or 36 quarter units of college level secretarial training may be substituted for experience.
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent
LICENSES/CERTIFICATES
Valid California Driver's License
REQUIRED TESTING:
