Responsibilities:
Plan and organize civil engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring all aspects are executed efficiently and effectively.
Foster a collaborative team environment, providing leadership and support to team members while promoting a culture of safety and excellence.
Serve as a strong advocate for safety, leading the project team in achieving zero incidents and injuries through proactive measures and continuous improvement.
Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders through both verbal and written channels, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Demonstrate self-motivation and adaptability, driving innovation and embracing new ideas to optimize project outcomes.
Manage multiple activities simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet project milestones and deadlines.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
7 + Proven experience in project management, preferably in civil engineering or construction.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to diverse audiences.
Commitment to safety as a top priority, with a track record of promoting and enforcing safety protocols on construction sites.
Self-motivated and proactive, with a demonstrated ability to drive results and adapt to changing circumstances.
Proficiency in project management software; SAP or other tools.
Desired:
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred OR PMP
