Supervises the operation, maintains and repairs of High-Pressure Steam Boilers and Associated Systems. Maintains logs and certification on boiler inspections and schedules staff management accordingly. Performs preventative maintenance and repairs on utility plant equipment and systems to promote safe and efficient operation of high-pressure steam boilers, refrigeration units, potable water systems, electricity production systems, and associated equipment. Inspects parts, machinery, and mechanical equipment. Completes major repairs and/or maintenance. Installs, repairs, and replace equipment, piping and fittings for various systems. Installs new equipment and systems; maintain schedule for plant operation and complete any and all tasks assigned by facilities management team.
Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
Trade School : in plumbing (Preferred)
Experience
2 Years experience as a former Chief Stationary Engineer with lead experience running a boiler plant (Required)
3 Years experience on High Pressure Boilers (Required)
License/Certifications
ENG CERT - Engineer Cert Grade A (Required)
