We are searching for a driven and motivated individual with HR experience in a mid/large sized business who can work successfully as part of a close knit team and knows what it takes to deliver in a global and fast-paced environment.
About the role
Provide HR advice across employee life cycle (such as employment contracts, remuneration review, product benefits, reportable fringe benefits tax statements, performance management, etc.)
Provide advice and expertise to employees, people managers and HR BPs; including contract terms and conditions, parental leave, product allocation, external study, and performance development processes
Encourage a culture of self-service by guiding customers to resolve their own requests using self-service tools (ServiceNow etc.)
Proactively identify and implement initiatives that continually improve the HR Services offering
Provide support across various systems and process improvement projects
About you
You are knowledgeable on processes and general HR policy and procedures
You have demonstrated the ability to meet transactional deadlines accurately
You are aware of Industrial Relation issues/impacts, Awards and Enterprise Agreements
You are a strong team player who builds positive relationships within the HR community and across functions
You are able to work with confidential and sensitive information in a professional and responsible manner
You are systems savvy: intermediate to proficient in MS Office, able to learn new systems quickly and good at systems troubleshooting

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $29 to $34 per hour. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work out of Napa, CA. If the incumbent works out of another location, the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
