As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at MKS, you will partner with our Americas Talent Acquisition team to schedule interviews and provide exceptional service to our internal customers (recruiters, hiring managers, and business partners). In this role, you will report to the Lead Talent Acquisition Coordinator. This is a hybrid role that can report to our offices in Irvine, CA, Milpitas, CA, or Beaverton, OR.
You Will Make an Impact By:
- Manage the recruitment inbox, ensuring timely responses and resolutions to inquiries
- Schedule interviews for open positions, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers
- Monitor the status of pre-employment screenings (background checks and drug tests)
- Generate reports to track key metrics for compliance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Manage newly converted requisitions in Workday (ATS)
Skills You Bring:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition or Human Resources Coordinator
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Desire to innovate and transform the Talent Acquisition team's way of work
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Workday ATS
- Ability to problem solve independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
- Experience managing small projects
- An interest in data analysis
- Located in PST or MST time zone
