Capable of developing a strong knowledge of product features, benefits, intended use, value proposition, and competitive position. Applies product and industry knowledge to drive sales and serve customer needs. Accurately completing order documentation and/or contract discussions. Communicating with existing and potential customers providing technical information/support and the availability of products and services, maintaining a strong customer rapport Preparing quotes and then communicating to customers.
