Job Abstract

• Clean out and maintain magnets, hoppers, and cut in elevators. Use of flush table to determine
• Ensure correct product and amount of product in bags is accurate
• Test and weigh bags for correct amount of rice before running line
• Feed filled bags into heat sealer or sewing machine with caution not to get fingers caught into unit
• Ensure date coder is correct and properly working before running bags
• Check bags frequently for the correct code
• Bags with missing date code must be tracked back to verify all bags have date code
• Hand stack bags according to proper pallet configuration if necessary
• Adjust palletizer when necessary to ensure correct pallet pattern
• Scan OEE board for line 5 downtime log correctly per shift
• Ensure all magnets, hoppers, code dater, and cut in elevators are cleaned out before shutting down
• Clean area during downtime and as needed
