We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team on a 6-month contract in the U.S.

What you'll be doing
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from the kickoff meeting to the offer, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Build a pipeline of top talent by researching and sourcing candidates.
Qualify candidates for the roles, ensuring a technical fit and an alignment or addition to our company culture.
Build and manage relationships with your internal and external stakeholders (candidates, hiring managers, internal partners), ensuring a high level of collaboration.
Act as an advisor and partner for the business in promoting good recruitment practices and helping them solve their recruiting challenges
What we're looking for
Experience with full-cycle tech recruiting in the hi-tech industry or technical searching background from recruitment firms.
Extensive experience working on highly technical roles in high demand in the market.
Experience promoting diversity and inclusion in recruiting.
Experience with project-based or high-volume recruitment, strongly emphasizing the candidate's experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated through successful collaboration with distributed and cross-functional teams.
