Job Title: Sales Support Coordinator

Role Overview: The Sales Support Specialist will assist the sales team in delivering exceptional service to retail partners by managing order fulfillment, maintaining accurate pricing, coordinating promotions, handling marketing material requests, managing credit and claim escalations, processing demo shipments, and compiling weekly sales and inventory reports.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily needs of retail accounts and generate sales and inventory reports.
- Create and enter retail rebate information using Salesforce and Excel on a weekly basis.
- Collect and report retail sales data weekly in Excel.
- Manage retail price files weekly in Excel.
- Process weekly FCA claims from retailer portals and emails in Salesforce and Excel.
- Accrue monthly rebates based on FCA creation for accounting purposes.
- Create and implement quarterly distribution sales programs in Salesforce.
- Evaluate quarterly sales performance for bonus calculations.
- Work directly with retailers and distributors to ensure seamless operations.
- Proactively manage the setup process for new items.
- Maintain retail pricing models, including promotional activities.
- Coordinate and monitor the execution of promotional activities.
- Track customer inventory and sell-out reports on a weekly basis.
- Monitor forecasts, incoming shipments, and actual shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure proper execution and tracking of promotional activities.
- Collaborate with marketing to provide retailers with the necessary marketing assets.
- Manage and escalate claim issues as needed.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in sales support or customer service.
- Understanding of retail accounts, especially brick and mortar.
- Technical knowledge in consumer electronics is a plus.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, basic formulas, data organization).
- Ability to effectively interact with customers to resolve issues.
- Adaptable to fast-paced industry and retail demands.
- Strong work ethic with high energy and initiative.
- Highly detail-oriented and precise in work.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organized and a problem solver.
Compensation:
- Salary: $26 - $30 per hour DOE, with bonus opportunities.
