We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Board and Ecosystem Marketing Director to lead a team managing our FPGA development kits, partner program, and ecosystem initiatives. This individual will be responsible for cultivating and managing relationships with key stakeholders, including manufacturing, technology, and ecosystem-scale partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FPGA hardware and partnership development, strategic planning, and ecosystem management, with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation through collaborative efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
FPGA Development Kit Portfolio Management:
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between planning, engineering, and product management to deliver a simplified out-of-box experience while exceeding customer expectations.
Develop forward-looking go-to-market strategies to extend the reach of our direct/indirect sales channels to new markets, applications, and customers.
Ecosystem Management:
Design and execute a cohesive partner program to attract industry-leading companies eager to develop complementary solutions and services.
Lead co-marketing strategies and initiatives aligned to sales and marketing KPIs to drive scale.
Monitor and analyze program and partner performance, trends, and dynamics to identify opportunities and risks.
Strategic Relationship Development:
Identify and facilitate relationships with key ecosystem partners, including technology providers, manufacturing partners, and other relevant stakeholders.
Develop and implement partnership strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Leadership and Team Management:
Lead and mentor a team of product managers specializing in FPGA hardware and ecosystem programs and partnerships.
Foster a results-driven team culture with collaboration, innovation, and a customer-first mindset.
Set clear goals and performance metrics for the team, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
Qualifications:
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology product management/marketing, partnership development, strategic planning, or ecosystem management.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex products and/or partnerships and driving business growth through strategic collaborations.
Ability to think strategically and execute methodically in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field AND 8+ years Communications, Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, Program Management, Project Management, or related/ equivalent experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
5+ years of experience in the technology space.
Well-versed in a range of technologies and industries that use FPGAs such as AI, industrial, intelligent edge, networking, data center.
Creative and strategic thinker
Extensive experience with cross-group collaboration, with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels of the organization.
Compelling verbal communication, writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Have the skill to work effectively with ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities and expectations in a dynamic environment.
