Job Description:
- Maintain all facilities and production related equipment in a state of operation required to meet all current and projected production and engineering requirements.
- This role operates in a professional office & production environment. In the production environment, this role is exposed to low-to-high noise levels.
- Ensure all preventative maintenance tasks are performed as required.
- Install, set up and ensure operational readiness of all required equipment.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Trade school education with 5 years minimum experience within a facilities maintenance department to include familiarity with the design, development, and assembly of electronic components (work experience would be considered in lieu of schooling)
- Demonstrate experience with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, wastewater and hazardous material identification and handling.
- Demonstrated process engineering and preventative maintenance experience.
- Experience with vacuum pumps a plus
- Ability to lift at least 40 pounds.
- Ability to operate a forklift. (Training will be provided)
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills and demonstrated initiative; ability to work with little to no direction at times.
- Strong service orientation; a commitment to delivering prompt. quality service and to maintaining a safe work environment.
- High attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively with personnel at all levels within the organization.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with some office applications
