We are currently searching for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as QC Lead Supervisor at our Lancaster, PA location.

The QC Lead Supervisor will be responsible for:

• providing leadership to ensure that High Steel Structures LLC quality standards are maintained.
• coordinating with outside inspectors, working together to meet customer requirements.
• developing, updating and administering Lancaster Plant visual inspection, coatings inspection, and nondestructive testing procedures and practices.
• supervising the Lancaster inspection staff.

Reporting to the QC Manager, ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications and skill sets:

• Minimum of 5 years Quality experience, including supervision or leadership responsibilities, preferably in steel fabrication.
• Windows Office, Word & Excel proficiency required. Experience with SAP preferred.
• ASNT Level 2 Certification in NDT in radiography, ultrasonic testing and magnetic particle testing, as well as AAMP Level 3 Coatings Certification highly preferred.
