As a Senior Technical Lead, you can solve a problem with a complete end-to-end solution in a fast-paced, agile environment. We are looking for a Senior Technical Lead to lead a team of Drupal Developers and DevOps Engineers related to government public website the throughout the entire software development life cycle. Your responsibilities will include serving as a Technical Architect responsible for enhancing and guiding the overall technical strategic vision of the program. You are an expert at minimizing system risk, guiding the team toward effective, efficient technical solutions that reduce technical debt and long-term maintenance costs. You will work in close collaboration with the Business Analyst in all aspects of the project.

You Have:
8+ years of experience with software development, software maintenance, and system integration related to Public Facing Websites
Experience working in Agile frameworks, including Kanban and Scrum and industry-wide best practices to design, architect, administer and maintain user-oriented, accessible websites
Experience working with an integrated digital service delivery team comprised of project manager, business analyst, developers, engineers, user experience designers and researchers, to improve the customer experience
Experience with US Web Design Standards, WCAG 2.1, 508 Compliancy
Knowledge of Drupal, Azure and web development, and LAMP stack
Knowledge of the customer experience
Ability to migrate websites from non-Drupal legacy systems to Drupal 10
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
Knowledge in administration of CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Docker, GitHub, or similar
Possession of excellent interpersonal and team-oriented skills
Possession of excellent client service and critical thinking skills
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Master’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
