As a Reward Analyst - Operations & Mobility, you will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to execute critical operational tasks. Reporting to the Team Lead for Mobility Operations, you will contribute to enhancing operational processes and knowledge sharing within the team.
Responsibilities:
Process Management:
Team Collaboration and Development:
Build and maintain a network with Mobility Operations colleagues to improve processes and share knowledge while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Onboard and train new team members, and focus on enhancing the skills of existing members.
Collaborate with client-facing MRAs in support of their direct work with Roche transferees.
Knowledge Management, Documentation and Process Improvement
Ensure up-to-date maintenance of training materials, process maps, and knowledge management resources.
Drive and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Step-By-Step Instructions (SWI) documentation, ensuring regular updates.
Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives within the Mobility Operations domain.
Operational Tasks:
Mobility Finances, Cost Estimates, Tax Equalizations and Data Quality/Analysis, System Management, Tax & Immigration Operations, Payroll Processing and Annual and recurring tasks such as coordinating the annual compensation review, AIRINC data updates, COLA, and Fx rate adjustments
Local Moves
Initiation and management of Inter-Company Transfers, Foreign Local Hires and Domestic Moves
Creation and review of one-way transfer cost estimates and net-to-net calculations, working with vendors to trigger cases and support questions
Who you are
A University or College degree with strong payroll and taxes experience.
Proven experience in delivering process-driven tasks with a strong emphasis on client centric approach, accountability and successful outcomes.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, diligent adherence to deadlines and time management to drive exemplary customer experience, aiming for accuracy and excellence in first attempts.
Passion for operational efficiency, excellence and dedication to continuous learning and process improvement
Proactive and organized team player with an end-to-end process mindset, collaborative and solutions oriented working style, focus on operational excellence in global mobility
Problem-solving, analytical and numerical proficiency skills: excellent capability to analyze, resolve complex issues and technical calculations.
Language: Spanish & English fluency required
Preferred:
Mobility experience is beneficial but not essential.
Previous payroll experience in LATAM countries is a very nice to have.
ServiceNow (SNow) & APRO
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and Agile methodologies.
