Responsibilities
Peraton is hiring a Geolocational Analysis Systems Engineer to join our Cyber Mission business unit in Jessup, MD. As a Systems Engineer on our team, you will support one of the largest enterprise-wide engineering contracts within the Intelligence Community. This is a full-time position requiring 1880 hours of support per year; and work is performed at a customer location. As a Geolocational Analysis Systems Engineer on our team, you will provide systems engineering support the customer in identifying critical technical and business dependencies across a multitude of programs which will generate requirements/resources to improve the overall health and status of geolocation and combat support modernization across the enterprise. Responsibilities include supporting the following:
Develop/maintain a comprehensive inventory of the existing programs, products, and services.
Organize the engineering activities to support current and future tasks and identify risks and dependencies.
Document requirements and coordinate with the relevant program management points of contact.
Coordinate with leadership to mitigate risks, management dependencies, and address issues.
Coordinate and facilitate meetings between the customer and key partners and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Individual Capabilities/Experience Required:
Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or other related discipline plus at least 20 years of systems engineering experience. A Master’s degree or PhD may be substituted for two years of experience. A high school diploma or GED plus 24 years of systems engineering experience would also be acceptable.
Familiarity/Experience in Geolocational tools
Familiarity/Experience with Combat Support Modernization initiatives
Familiarity/Experience with Engineering Management
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence
Position requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
Individual Capabilities/Experience Desired:
Experience with IC industry and customer

Target Salary Range
$190,000 - $304,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
