RJ Patterson Group is on the hunt for a proven financial guide and advisor to join our team of motivated wealth management professionals. The apple of our eye is a client-savvy “wealth sherpa” - a master guide with experience helping individuals with their investment strategies through assessment of their financial situations, short-term needs and long-term goals. The path-maker in question must have a deep understanding of investment markets and a knack for identifying the best stocks, bonds, funds and financial tools for every client’s specific situation. Expert knowledge of market performance and investment strategies, amazing people skills, and a burning desire to help people realize their dreams of success are additional must-haves.
Essential Duties:
Outreach to prospective clients, attending prospect meetings, and generating leads
Recruitment and onboarding of clients
Assess current and future clients’ needs and goals
Recommend and execute investment strategies to current and future clients including risk assessment/tolerance, asset allocations, etc.
Ability to discuss investment performance, economic and market trends
Identify new business opportunities
Market Research and Analysis, identifying trends and customer needs
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications
Strong skills Microsoft Suite with Excel, Word and Power Point
Tracking data and projecting future performances of various stocks, bonds, and funds
Application of critical thinking?to client needs analyzation and assessment
Thorough understanding of the client goals, priorities and aspirations
Familiarity with current applicable financial technologies and tools
Ability to deliver presentations along with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with CRM software strongly preferred
Familiarity with current applicable financial technologies and tools
Required Education and Certification
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or Economics.
Must have or successfully pass CFP exam.
Must have or obtain Series 65 license
Previous work experience or internship in the financial sector strongly preferred
