We look for people who:
- Are TRUE to the belief of amazing service and offering the best hospitality.
- Have a few years of experience in a fun, fast paced restaurant environment.
- Don’t have that experience to start? We offer a full development program that will give you the skills to train up!
- The flexibility and availability to work nights, holidays and/or weekends should be doable.
- Love working as a team.
What you will be doing:
- Make guests feel comfortable and establish a personal connection.
- Know regular guests by name, their preferences, and needs.
- Make thoughtful recommendations based on guest interaction and menu offerings.
- Accurately take food/beverage orders and enter them into the POS.
- Delivery of food and beverage orders are to standard.
- Communicate regularly with and respond promptly/courteously to all guest requests.
- Provide exemplary service to include refilling beverages, clearing tables, and exceeding guest expectations.
- Flexible during shift to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant.
