Job Overview:
The Lease Administrator will maintain and update our lease tracking database and will prepare lease abstracts for review by senior management. You will be responsible for reviewing leased and property documents and entering financial and contractual obligations into the Real Estate Database, as well as compiling and maintaining critical location data, including financial and contractual obligations and status reports as part of the lease administration process.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Supervise 1 lease administrator
- Manage day to day activities for Lease administration including distribution of correspondence, notices, change of ownership, and management company addresses changes for Landlords.
- Manage Possession letters, Rent Commencement agreements and other lease related correspondence.
- Monitor critical dates in real estate database including renewals, options, expirations and early terminations. Coordinate with appropriate real estate partner to ensure timing of deal presentation.
- Abstract Leases and Lease amendments in CoStar Real Estate Manager database.
- Act as liaison to various departments by researching lease provisions. Communicate on behalf of other departments with landlords/property management teams to gain authorization to pursue company initiatives.
- Work in tandem with the Real Estate Accounting Manager and team to ensure all tenant data is accurately contained in both CoStar database and Oracle.
- Receive and track lease related documents and correspondence related to insurance requests.
- Prepare and review of estoppels, SNDA’s and Storage Licenses.
- Collaborate with Halloween City Operations group, and various corporate departments to deliver Halloween City pop-up locations.
- Any special projects as directed.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
- 5-7 year’s experience in either a retail or commercial real estate environment with exposure to lease compliance
- Experience and high level of proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Notary Public
