Overview:
As a Total Rewards Data Analyst in the Human Resources department, you will be expected to analyze and share trends and patterns within complex data sets related to compensation, benefits and other employee related data.
The Total Rewards Data Analyst will be part of the compensation and benefits strategy teams and participate in major projects related to both fields, and ad hoc data requests. This role involves understanding the business needs of various stakeholders, providing input to the design and development of dashboards and data visualizations, analyzing the data, and sharing the “story” of the data to stakeholders, which will ultimately help CSC make better decisions for our colleagues and clients.
This role would best suit someone who is analytical, has an interest and understanding of people-related data, and has the capability to tell the story of data to stakeholders in writing and verbally. Exceptional Excel skills, attention to detail, ability to think outside of the box, and being collaborative are critical skills to be successful in this position.
Job Responsibilities:
Understand critical metrics and KPIs from stakeholders
Prepare proactive and ad hoc analytics related to people data.
Analyze data from various angles, looking for patterns and trends, that align to business needs
Prepare and present findings to key stakeholders in writing and verbally.
Protect and maintain the privacy of employee data including personal and compensation-related information
Required Competencies:

Experience with analyzing complex people-related data sets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate what the data says

Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel
General knowledge of Human Resources and HCM systems
Statistical analysis and proficiency in analytical tools is preferred
