Job Description
Responsible for solving clients’ services procurement challenges. Client relationship management, delivering advice and strategy for services procurement. This will include project delivery and oversight focusing on how services procurement managed service and category management design enables a wide range of business outcomes.
Responsibilities • Define and implement enterprise, customer, and operating model strategies, while measuring operation performance • Advising prospects and clients on leading practices, standardized procedures, and tools for global operation • Build models, policies, practices, and procedures for complex services procurement value chains • Advise clients on how to gain competitive advantage, grow their business and achieve cost savings targets • Help clients innovate and transform their current SOW procurement models and customer experiences by leveraging advanced analytics, digital technologies • Manage workstreams on large-scale projects in a collaborative environment with client and AGS team members • Drive growth, profitability, and company value • Work closely with clients and prospects throughout the life cycle of each engagement, focusing on delivering quality results and actively seeking opportunities for expansion • Develop and implement scalable and efficient strategies to ensure both consistent results and exponential growth • Monitor competition and threats in the marketplace
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain or related field • 12+ years previous experience Procurement, Consulting, and/or Supplier/Vendor Management • Experience within a well-regarded management consultancy in project delivery • Experience selling to, influencing and building trust-based, value-added relationships with senior executives • Prior experience in a problem-solving capacity within the world of procurement • Experience working with CPOs, CIOs, supply chain and procurement/cost optimization specifically with managed services • Experience with contracting and negotiations of managed services • A track record of leading and building high-performing teams that leverage partners to achieve client success • Intellectual curiosity and the ability to create innovative solutions and strategies to solve client problems
