Job Description
Lead and manage tenant improvement projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Coordinate and oversee all project activities, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
Collaborate closely with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements and expectations are met.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, resolving them promptly to keep projects on track.
Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Foster strong relationships with clients, enhancing their overall project experience.

The Successful Applicant
5-10 years of experience in project management with a general contractor, specifically focusing on office and commercial tenant improvement projects.
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations specific to tenant improvements.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
