Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Arts or Science degree from an accredited university, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training or work experience (6 years)
- Minimum of five (5) years related experience
- Must have a solid grasp of project management, editing, and writing skills. An appreciation and sensitivity for working and writing content for different audiences, settings, and formats.
- Must be highly collaborative by nature and must have demonstrated strengths in communication and collaboration.
- A strong ability to translate requirements into content, communicate well, and be a team player is a must. Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines is critical. Experience with documentation development, maintenance, quality control, and accuracy.
- Strong written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate exceptionally both orally and through writing, including demonstrating narrative, visual, and data analysis methods, using various applications and with stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrates active listening skills in interactions with colleagues and clients, and presents ideas clearly and logically.
- Highly detail oriented; exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Possess strong prioritization and time management skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and to multi-task and hold responsibility for multiple, simultaneous tasks.
- Ability to take accountability and ownership of one’s work product.
- Ability to be an innovative, resourceful, and collaborative problem solver.
- Strong business acumen.
- Mission-focused (both corporate and client).

- Prior experience working on Federal contracts and consulting firm background is a plus.
