Short Description
The LPN Supervisor, Ambulatory Operations shall provide direct oversight and leadership for Patient Experience Center LPNs supporting direct and indirect patient care or navigation/communication for patients.
LPN Supervisor, Ambulatory Operations shall support LPNs across the Ambulatory Operations Patient Experience Center to provide important leadership and evidence based clinical guidance for work that relates to ambulatory care settings.
Supervises and directs the Ambulatory Operations Patient Experience Center LPNs
Partners with providers in specialty to address clinical needs for direct patient care and communication.
Ensures the delivery of quality patient care via management of clinical services, including clinical orientation and clinical competency, of non-physician providers, including nursing staff.
Plans assignments for personnel and delegates specific duties and tasks.
Orients and trains to ensure competency to all tasks completed by LPNs within Ambulatory Operations Patient Experience Center.

Partners with physicians, clinical personnel and administrative leadership within their assigned areas of the health system to remove barriers to success and achieve local and organizational goals.
