Job Abstract

Design critical communication materials, with a great deal of autonomy, for the entire Paycom organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage design on complex campaigns and projects
• Collaborate with peers to create time estimates for projects
• Create strong branded design work from initial idea to final production. (print and digital advertisements, flyers, invitations, brochures, magazines, white papers, e-mails, fillable PDF forms, PowerPoint templates, webinars, Word docs, direct mail, posters signage, video graphics, website pages, newsletters, journals, corporate reports and other miscellaneous collateral materials).
• Mentor junior members of team
• Study design briefs and determine requirements
• Maintain current knowledge of design trends
• Solve design problems proactively with patience and intelligence
• Works closely with copywriters and other peers to produce final designs
• Performs other duties as assigned

Education/Certification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Art or another related field

OR

• Equivalent years of experience in graphic design

Experience:

• 3+ years graphic design experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe design software.
• Portfolio required with application.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:

• 5+ years graphic design experience.

• Expert with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite. (Highly-proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat.)
