Key responsibilities (text) • Contribute with inputs and expertise to develop and establish a solid ED&I approach for people
& business
• Lead identified assignments, using ED&I data and co-working insights, to develop and support key
initiatives that drive the Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I) agenda and contribute to our Ingka
People Strategy.
• Partner with key stakeholders within People & Culture and other functions to ensure that ED&I is
integrated into all functions and initiatives.
• Collaborate with ED&I leaders in the countries/functions to help develop local impactful ED&I initiatives,
and follow-up on them
• Promote, develop, and support different ED&I networks and forums within INGKA Group, that drive coworker engagement and contributions, and inspire allyship among key stakeholders
• Develop and foster a mindset of Equality and simplicity in line with IKEA culture and values, serving as a
role model and an ambassador for the IKEA culture within and outside IKEA.
• Collaborate with external organizations within the assigned ED&I area, identifying external trends,
researching, and recognizing best practices.
• Actively review INGKA’s policies and procedures, contributing with inputs and expertise to ensure that
these are all inclusive
