Success in this role requires strong critical thinking skills, ability to manage complex stakeholder interactions, a proven ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, as well as a willingness to be tested on difficult transformation projects and initiatives. Functions as an Advisor and/or Project Leader on major Marriott initiatives and programs such as projects to drive revenue generation initiatives, strengthen customer loyalty and evolve emerging businesses. Provides strategic initiative leadership while also advising on strategic execution. CANDIDATE PROFILE Education and Experience Required 10+ years’ experience in strategy development, brand management, marketing strategy or product management AND 4-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related major OR 12+ years of relevant professional experience in related function, demonstrating progressive career growth and pattern of exceptional performance. Experience managing and defining transformational strategies for business units. Demonstrated ability to deliver results under difficult conditions, particularly when faced with complexity and ambiguity.
