CACI is currently seeking a motivated, customer-oriented Senior Project Manager with Program Management and PMO experience to lead multiple Mission Systems Projects for the INSCOM GILE Program.
What You’ll Get to Do:
Manage the cost, schedule and quality of a portfolio of projects as part of the Program Management Office (PMO)
Lead and develop managers and technical leads across the portfolio
Provide the planning, organizing, and oversight for the successful completion of project and program level goals and deliverables
Ensure all projects are delivered within scope, time, and budget constraints
Interface with various levels of program leadership: Program Manager; Operations Managers; other Project managers, Site and task leads and functional leaders, subcontractors, and support personnel
Plan, direct, and coordinate the operations of mission system functions across the program
Develop a cohesive strategy to manage Mission Systems across the GILE Program
Independently update Government Customers on Cost, schedule, quality and risk across the Mission Systems Portfolio
Formulate policies, manage daily operations, and plan the use of materials and human resources across all Mission Systems Portfolio
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Active TOP SECRET Clearance with SCI Eligibility
Bachelor Degree in Technical, Engineering or Military Discipline with 10 years of experience
Exceptional understanding of Contract Fiscal and Business Management practices
Exceptional Understanding of Contract Cost and Pricing Principles based on Requirements
Exceptional leadership and decision-making ability to lead multi-functional teams
Skilled in providing strategic advice, technical guidance and expertise to customers, program and project team
Project Management Professional Certification
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have
Experience developing Intelligence Community capability strategies
Understanding of the DoD Requirements Process and ability to convert requirements into resource requirements
Familiarity with Joint or Army DOTMLPF-P process
Familiarity with DoD or Army SIGINT Systems/processes
Able to work independently with minimal supervision in a high paced environment
Knowledge of INSCOM organization
Experience with high visibility projects
