Job Abstract

Adecco is assisting an Auto Auction in recruiting for a current Customer Service Representative opening inSterling, VA.This is for acontract-to-hireopportunity. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling complaints, providing appropriate solutions for customers, and following up to resolve any issues their customers experience. Responsibilitiesfor this Customer Service Representative include, but are not limited to:

Take incoming calls from our customers and provide excellent customer service.

Experience with high volume of calls.

Ability to place complex orders accurately.

Proven efficiency in a high-pressure environment.

Provide a variety of customer support services through mail, telephone, and direct personal contact.

Respond to customer questions, inquiries, and requests.

Set up new and maintain existing records.

Perform word processing assignments, filing, and related clerical duties.

Process paperwork in preparation for auction day, securing necessary approvals.

Assist with other duties around the office to help.

Qualifications:

At least 2 years minimum work experience.

Experience with high volume of calls.

Ability to place complex orders accurately.

Proven efficiency in a high-pressure environment

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Excellent critical thinking skills

Type at least 30wpm.

Must have great attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Perfect attendance is a MUST!

Candidates must have their own reliable transportation.

Schedule: Full-Time 8:00am-4:30pmpm

The pay for this position is $20/hr.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
