Harvest Cellar Worker

Job Location: Oakville, CA

Pay Rate: $20-$20.40/hour

Do you have experience working harvest and are committed to working the whole season? Our client is looking for 10 candidates with experience. Spanish speakers are encouraged to apply. Working a winery harvest requires strong physical stamina and endurance, as well as the ability to work long hours in varying weather conditions. A successful harvest worker must be a team player with good communication skills, demonstrating attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions. Flexibility and adaptability to changing tasks and schedules are crucial, along with a commitment to maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Experience Required:

Spanish speakers are accepted.
Forklift experience not required.
Preferred Winery experience.
Harvest experience can allow for higher pay.
Must be ok with confined spaces and intense labor.
Must be ok with working up to 12-hour days and 6-7 days a week.
