Performs a variety of administrative functions including scheduling appointments, gives information to callers, and takes dictation, composes memos, transcribes notes, and researches and creates presentations. Required Minimum Education:
- High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Education:
- 2 Year/ Associates Degree
Minimum Years and Type of Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years experience in providing administrative/clerical assistance.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures in healthcare. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under general supervision.
