Job Abstract

Load and unload trucks, inspect products for defects and damages. Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area. Responsible for ensuring accurate shipping and receiving of packages including reconciling packing slips and invoices. Responsible for inventory control and quality control. Create and maintain purchase orders, ensure completed paperwork is submitted to accounts payable and entered into databases accurately. Partner with Accounting to resolve issues with purchase orders. Able to work with internal departments to resolve customer concerns. Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean staging area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to work professionally with internal and external customers and vendors. Ability to drive several types of company vehicles and satisfy the requirements of our insurance carrier. Must pass a drug screening and background check. PC proficiency with an emphasis in Microsoft Office desired. Knowledge of HVAC parts and equipment desirable. Forklift certification desired. Available to work overtime and weekends as needed. Positive and energetic attitude. Valid driver's license, with minimal DMV infractions. Satisfactory passing of mandatory pre-employment drug screen and background check EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:High School Diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 1 year prior warehouse experience
