We areseeking an Environmental Services / Transport Manager for Penn Presbyterian Medical Center located in Philadelphia, PA overseeing a team of 25. Penn Presbyterian is a full service union account with 396 beds. This role will manage 2nd Shift (12:00pm -9pm) with a varied rotating weekend & some holidays as the business needs dictate. This Progression Manager will directly support throughput/progression throughout the medical center for both EVS and Patient Transport. Overall, will specifically discharge room cleaning throughput and Patient Transport discharges to the lobby. Other duties as assigned. Prior hospital experience preferred.

The successful candidate will:
be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores;
provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department;
lead teams and departmental projects and initiatives around patient rounding and SMS;
effectively manage the Unit Operating System; and/or
support a diverse and inclusive workforce.

Qualifications & Requirements
