Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
? Provide assistance with daily activities, including bathing, housekeeping, and meal preparation
? Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients
? Collaborate with the Care Team Supervisor and follow care plans
? Maintain open communication with clients and their families
? Document and report any changes in clients’ conditions
? Adhere to all safety and health regulations
? Attend training sessions as required
Qualifications:
? Home Health Aide (HHA) Certificate or Personal Care Assistant (PCA), required
? Reliable transportation, required
? Passion for helping people
? Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
? Excellent communication skills
? Ability to perform occasional heavy lifting and extended periods of standing
