As a Project Engineer, you will:
• Support the Production Integrated Product Team (IPT) with production ramp planning, cross IPT coordination related to production scope and execution, manufacturing readiness maturation planning & tracking.
• Coordinate with industrial engineering and rate simulations for multiple factory and test capabilities alongside with manufacturing maturation tasks that support a production line
• Support coordination of planning, organizing, control, integration and completion of production IPT deliverables and work products within area of assigned responsibility
• Support coordination oversight across Production IPT scope with Suppler Program Manager
• Support Ad hoc tasking, including briefing senior leadership on cost, schedule, technical • Project management experience
• Experience throughout engineering lifecycle (system definition, design, build, test and operational deployment)
• Lean six-sigma experience
• Experience leading / integrating solutions for geographically disperse teams
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
• Familiarity with Navy Strategic System Partners (SSP) Customer
• Experience with a combination of design, test, operations and systems engineering disciplines.
• Experience on a missile program
• Experience with missile design development and production program
• DoD Secret clearance • Ability to plan, control, integrate and complete engineering projects
• Ability to work with engineering program and product designs
• Demonstrated ability to work with technical leads to manage cost, schedule, and technical scope
• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
