This position is for a full-time Janitor to work at Cochrane Village, 96-unit affordable family housing community in Morgan Hill, CA. These are HUD, HUD PBS8 and Tax Credit Properties. Qualified candidates will have 1+ years of janitorial preferably in an apartment community setting. Position requires light maintenance experience. Basic computer skills are required for training. Salary range: $18.15 -$27.00 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $18.15 -$22.58 per hour, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.
