Product Manager, BioAnalytics
Position Summary
Catalent Pharma Solutions is hiring a Product Manager, BioAnalytics role. The Product Manager, BioAnalytics helps develop and execute the tactical marketing plan and performs market data analysis in support of the BioAnalytics division. Catalent’s BioAnalytics division offers a comprehensive suite of analytical services for traditional biologics and advanced therapies such as antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs), cell and gene therapies, and mRNA vaccines. The Product Manager , BioAnalytics will report to the Director of BioAnalytics and BioProduct Delivery.
This is a full-time position: Monday – Friday, Days. This is a remote position.

The Role
- Work with division subject matter experts and central marketing resources to translate business and marketing objectives into marketing tactics.
- Support execution of tactics to increase awareness and lead generation
- Work with business development to gather input for the development of effective sales tools while ensuring adoption and proper usage.
- Work with division subject matter experts and central marketing resources to lead SEO/SEM efforts
- Support targeting campaigns, including authoring marketing messages
- Develop reports and presentations for monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting
- Create training materials for new service offerings/launches
- Support market landscaping and data generation for strategic planning
- Support customer targeting efforts. Participate in BD meetings to obtain customer insights
- All other duties as assigned;
The Candidate
- Required a Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Marketing or Life Sciences with 2+ years of marketing and/or analytical lab experience
- CDMO and/or CRO knowledge highly preferred
- Broad understanding of brand and product management principles highly desired
- Experience writing and executing technical documents/validation protocols preferred
- High level attention to detail while managing multiple projects and/or priorities under tight deadlines is a must
- Demonstrable leadership experience at Catalent (including but not limited to participation in Catalent-sponsored leadership programs such as NGGL, GOLD, LEAD Now, GM Excellence, and GROW) may be considered in place of external experience.
- Possess good communication and problem-solving skills highly desired.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet Explorer required
- Individual may be required to sit, stand, walk regularly and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
