The AHS Talent Management is a team of leadership, learning, and organizational development experts partnering to develop and deliver talent strategies that support AHS’ system-wide goals.
The Senior Talent Management Consultant will partner with Executive Leadership, HR Business Partners and Business Leaders on the design and management of enterprise talent management processes including Learning and Development curriculum design and facilitation, delivering learning solutions supporting our Workforce Planning needs, customized development needs, and programmatic needs (such as HiPo development, Leadership Development, Emerging Leader Development, and Physician and Nurse Leadership, and more).
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. Partners with Sr. leadership, Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs) and consults with internal business leaders (clients) to solve talent challenges, determine ideal outcomes, recommend solutions and develops robust learning strategies that change behavior. 2. Conducts comprehensive needs assessments (gap analysis/job analysis) for business units as needed, shares finding and makes recommendations based on those findings. 3. Identifies solutions on build vs. buy decisions ensuring alignment with existing content and internal competencies. 4. Creates and utilizes templates to facilitate all phases of the training project lifecycle (including detailed course plan/storyboard, agenda, evaluation templates, and/or project plans) that facilitate the development of high-quality learning deliverables. 5. Can design and implement Communication, Education, and Readiness plans supporting organizational wide or business unit specific Change Management strategies 6. Facilitates sessions in multiple formats to include Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) formats. 7. Develops and implements effective internal marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal communications to ensure team members are aware of learning and development resources and know how to best to utilize them. 8. Contributes to the development and monitoring of system wide talent management strategy, annual and on-going needs assessments, and execution of the talent management related projects.
