Fred Beans Ford is currently looking to hire a part -time Cashier / Receptionist in Doylestown, PA!

Hours:Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday nights from 4-8pm and every other Saturday

The Cashier/Receptionist is responsible for answering telephones, making deposits, filing and assistingcustomersupon arrival.

What You'll Do

• Answer the phones promptly.
• Assist the Service Department with finalizing customer service, wait on customers at the end of their service.
• Close out repair orders in computer.
• Prepare and make deposits.
• File assorted document for both service and accounting departments.
• Prepare pre-write appointment packets for the next days service appointments.
• Input of additional service requests into ATCON spreadsheet.

• Provencustomer service skills of at least 1 year
• Pleasant and professional phone manners
• Excellent computer skills
• Attention to detail and administrative filing?
• Ability to lift up to 10lbs?
