Responsibilities AS America Inc., d/b/a American Standard Brands in Piscataway, New Jersey seeks SAP Technical Leader to be responsible for maximizing SAP utilization by providing technical expertise in ABAP, SAP PI/PO, SAP BW , HANA and system integrations using web services, BAPI, EDI, ALE, IDOC’s, etc. Specific duties include interacting with functional teams and business users; writing ABAP programs and preparing appropriate documentation of technical projects; and overseeing mission-critical daily, monthly, and quarterly batch jobs and process chains supporting the supply chain, production planning, sales operations, and financial application business processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other related engineering field, or its foreign equivalent. Must have 5 years of experience in job offered or related position. Must have experience with: Technical architecture and design of SAP ECC and SAP S4 HANA systems; Business user expectations along with hands-on working on ABAP on HANA and SAP HANA Studio; UI5 and Fiori App design and development; Integrating SAP to external systems and integration technologies; SAP HANA, SAP NetWeaver architecture and underlying database technologies; CDS views including searching navigating through standard CDS views, execution analysis of views, creating custom CDS views, usage of annotations, joins, associations, parameters; SAP ABAP Development, Gateway services/ OData Services; Technical skillsets in analysis, design, code and testing within emerging ERP/SAP technologies; Day to day production support related to all ABAP developments and EDI/IDOC’s transactions; Coaching and support to the offshore development team with functional and technical queries; SAP OTC, RTR, STP, MTE , and FTP work streams; Performance tuning of all SAP objects; Translate business requirements into technical requirements; Data migration tools and techniques; and Agile methodology (SCRUM or Kanban).
