GCIR Team Summary:
IGI manages the intake process for requests of new report types and first run production of new product reporting. The team also governs GCIR branded reporting templates and automated kit slides by assessing change requests, working with internal business partners to understand needs, and determining scalable standards. The group is also responsible for assessing impact of firm-wide and product-specific changes to GCIR material and implementing those changes directly or communicating necessary updates to production teams.

Responsibilities:
- Provides analysis and development of reports related to all aspects of account activities, performance, and investment-related practices and procedures.
- Serves as an escalation point for client inquiries. Continues to develop knowledge on various product and investment offerings in order to address client inquiries and concerns.
- Maintains the reporting system utilized by clients to generate reports on their portfolios and portfolio performance. Trains clients on reporting system.
- Interprets and suggests programs or improvements to services delivered in order to improve client service and operational experience.
- Continues to develop expertise in investment data and compliance requirements.
Typical Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND
- 2+ years of total relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- TRP product knowledge is a plus
- Experience with Seismic reporting platform is a plus
- Familiarity with TRP websites is a plus
- Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel
- Demonstrates adaptability, ability to work with uncertainty, takes initiative, can work independently, and is resourceful
- Demonstrates a questioning attitude and desire to understand the “why” behind things
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, accuracy and deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to work in a team environment with a strong sense of urgency
- Highly motivated with demonstrated initiative and the ability to work independently
FINRA Requirements: FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
Work Flexibility: This role is eligible for remote work up to two days a week.
