Work Flexibility: Hybrid or Onsite
As a Senior System Administrator, you will be responsible for the overall results in maintenance, production support, planning, requirements gathering, functional design, testing/validation, and deployment of business sponsored system enhancements, projects, and issue resolution across the CRM space.?You will work with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, CRM Analysts, Subject Matter Experts, and Business Process Owners. You will support production systems and users, gather and analyze data to ensure complete documentation of user stories (business requirements) and functional designs to align with defined business ROIs and success criteria.? You will also work with IT resources to support and resolve user issues, translate business requirements to functional requirements to design system capabilities, while leveraging best practices.

Provide system support and maintenance
Deliver system enhancements and projects.
Ensure the quality and data integrity of operational CRM systems.
Translate business requirements into working applications.
Delivery of data governance and systems administration.
Partner with CRM Analysts, SMEs, and Business Process Owners to analyze requests and strategize ROI-based prioritizations.
Focus on Service business processes enabled through our commercial systems.
Coordinate with IT counterparts on system enhancements and reported incidents – accountable for timely and accurate delivery.
Assist with Regression testing and stay connected to divisional and global CRM launches on our shared platform.
Research industry analysis around CRM and apply to job functions.
Stay up-to-date on CRM platform upgrades.

Preferred Skills:
Technical knowledge of Salesforce.com
Salesforce Admin certification
Experience of working in CRM, ERP and Business Applications
Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization structure with significant emphasis on collaboration and persuasion
Experience with process mapping preferred. ?????????????????
Demonstrated ability to understand, evaluate and recommend changes to business processes
Knowledge of Agile Development methodologies
Travel Percentage: 10%
