The position’s primary responsibility will be processing spares orders for our customers in North America. Additionally, they will support our field service engineers and the sales team with spares related requests. This is a full-time position. The Opportunity ... Act as a primary aftermarket sales contact to all customers Manage incoming customer e-mails and calls to provide excellent customer service Processing all requests for spare part orders from quote to delivery Process and prepare your orders for invoicing in both ProNET and Sage applications, while maintaining accurate customer information Utilizing product knowledge and company resources to identify machine and tooling spare components Work with Category Sales Managers to better understand and proactively promote sales to support the customers’ needs Why work at JBT ... High School Diploma or GED Associates Degree Preferred Work experience may be substituted for education Excellent computer skills with emphasis on all Microsoft applications Experience with Sage or related inventory and accounting software a plus Good communication skills & positive attitude High degree of reliability, flexibility, and self-motivation Excellent organizational and time management skills Superb ability to adapt to change and react quickly to customer requests Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships to work as a team Ability to read and apply diagrams to identify spare components for machines and tooling Physical Requirements Frequent sitting and operating a computer Physical demands when working at customer sites may include ability to bend, stoop, kneel, push, pull, reach above shoulders, walk, and lift to 50 pounds throughout workday Work Environment Mainly work in an office environment. May need to go to an air-conditioned warehouse with concrete flooring. Working around machinery and forklifts.
