Your role:
- You will define andoperationalize strategies to define product coverage, pricing, and servicelevels for key customer segments.
- You will create plans across the Laboratory Solutionsportfolio specific to grow share of wallet in specific customer segments.
- You will collaborate with Marketing Operations teams tocreate innovative campaigns to support the segment-based value offers and drivethe desired target audience buying behaviors
- You will work closely with North America LaboratorySolutions Marketing and Sales teams to achieve targeted KPIs and deploystrategies in the distribution and national reference lab segment
- You will define segment opportunities, business case,customer personas, and customer requirements necessary to meet market demandand adoption.
Your expertise:
- MinimumBA/BS degree with emphasis in marketing and/or commercial execution excellence;MBA or MS preferred
- Resultsoriented; ability to design scalable solutions to address business questionsand/or challenges; self-motivated and organized to successfully completehigh-quality work projects on time; attentive to detail
- Abilityto lead and effectively collaborate across multiple marketing and salesorganizations to build consensus and achieve business results
- Stronganalytical skills, with proven track record of creativity in problem solvingand customer needs resolution
- Expertknowledge of the laboratory solutions and how they are utilized by distributorsand national reference laboratories, with 5+ years of relevant marketingexperience
- Abilityto travel (25%), as needed

The pay range forthis position is $150,000 - $200,000 U.S. dollars annually; however, base pay offeredmay vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well aswhere the work will be performed. The annual incentive target is (15%) of base pay. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety ofhealth and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
