Job Purpose
We are currently seeking a candidate for a operator lead position in the Oxide and Lamination department for swing Shift. The candidate will lead a group of operators in the following areas of responsibilities during swing shift hours.
Nature of Duties/Responsibilities
Oxide line process
Bake and Sequencing process
Electrostatic cleaning process
Layup process
Lamination and breakdown process
Must have good communication and people skills
The candidate must be able to learn how to operate a variety of automatic or semi-automatic machines used in production, especially oxide line equipment and lamination presses.
Must have experience in the manufacturing environment like following schedules of jobs based on their priorities.
Must be able to read and understand technical instructions or notes on travelers and 42Q stack up.
Must have a good understanding of materials used in the layup process
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 3+ years experience in PCB industry preferred
Job requires long periods of standing up to 80%.
Must be able to follow instructions and be able to learn new processes.
Must be able to work with machinery and work around chemicals
Must have good attention to detail and know how to follow SOP to produce good quality.
Must be available to work overtime and weekends as dictated by business necessity.
Must have good people, verbal and communications skills.
Ability to do transactions and data entry information in a computer system.
Salary Range(annual): $40,780.00-$49,192.00
This is an ITAR facility and applicant must be a US Citizen or a lawful permanent resident.
