Purpose

Responsibilities

Perform month end activities including month end journal entries, headcount reporting, as well as creating monthly management package and variance commentary.
Support the Plan, LBE & LRP process for all P&L expense areas and headcount to include marketing, sales force, cost of goods, and royalty expense.
Responsible for tracking of SGA expenses including marketing, salesforce expense and analyzing monthly actuals compared against Plan/Update/LBE to highlight risks and opportunities.
Ensure financial planning deliverables are accurate, clear, and concise for Executive level review and approval.
Prepare ad-hoc analysis and participate on project teams as required.
Proactively identify areas of optimization to create efficiencies within Eye Care Finance Process.
Work with cross functional partners (Market Research, Patient Services, Market Access etc.) to understand budget implications on brand.
Ability to work well as part of a team and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Qualifications

List required and preferred qualifications (up to 10). Include education, skills and experience.

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred and/or 4+ years of relevant experience in Finance or Accounting.
Strong communication skills and customer support.
Proficient Excel skills required, experience with BPC and SAP preferred.
