Job Summary
Assumes responsibility for maintaining, installing, repairing and operating HVAC systems and auxiliary systems. Compiles Information and produces reports and logs. Assists with fire safety. Minimum Qualifications
Completion of a 2 year HVAC program at a technical school and 2 years of commercial HVAC experience or 4 years commercial HVAC experience.
Must have working knowledge of hydronic heating systems.
Must have a valid Driver’s License and establish driver eligibility under the University’s Motor Vehicle Policy.
Preferred Qualifications
Possession of a 3rd Class Steam Engineers License or equivalent experience.
