The Build Team Supervisor is the 1st shift Leader supporting a classified program through program capture, program demonstrations, planning, build and execution.
What You Will Be Doing
• Responsible for staffing, cost, schedule and quality performance of their crew.
• Ensure that the programs contractual and internally funded demonstrations are executed successfully.
• Required to implement new technologies and provide motivation to team members.
• Must exhibit FSL behaviors and deploy Culture of Accountability onto the program.
Must be U.S. Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

• 5+ years manufacturing experience or equivalent education
• Experience with Manufacturing start up
• Manufacturing Leadership
• Technical Degree
• Lean Mfg Exposure and Deployment
• Structure Assembly Background
• Ability to obtain Top Secret Clearance • Aircraft maintenance, manufacturing, &/or production experience.
• Experience with the following: (fabrication, structures, mech assembly, electrical &/or systems integration)
• Experience with business metrics to drive performance (safety, quality, schedule, cost)
• Active clearance required to apply with an active investigation with the last 5 years AND the ability to obtain and maintain special program access per business requirements
