Job Overview:
Looking for a candidate that will be responsible for coordination and resolution of billing, coding issues and reports related to Behavioral Health Ambulatory billing, auditing and education for the ambulatory community based programs,
This individual will also work to ensure that the division is in compliance with all applicable policies, laws and regulations related to billing practices, precertification's and all other related applications to the revenue integrity of the services,
Qualifications:
Required:
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory/secretarial experience within a hospital setting or health care facility

Essential Functions:
- Functions as overall office manager and assistant to program director, ensuring the timely and accurate completion of all departmental secretarial, clerical and support services duties Proactively coordinates all office activities relating to secretarial, clerical and billing functions Assigns work to staff members; Participates in recruitment, training and evaluation of all secretarial and clerical staff Assists director in preparation of reports and special projects as assigned; Orders supplies for department, monitors prices and controls inventory
- Manages e-Time for all employees
- Is responsible for reporting identified safety issues such as hazardous environments (i.e. damaged floors/walls/ceiling tiles/unsecured areas) and medical errors, etc.
